If you are interested in enrolling for the 2023-24 school year please be aware that enrollment packets will be issued starting May 22nd.

Due to the high volume of applications, we highly recommend making an appointment in person when you pick up your enrollment packet.


For non-residential students seeking an enrollment permit: 

If you are unsure of the permit process, please see the Intra-District Permit tab (or the Inter-District Permit tab if you live out of district) in the gray band at the top of this page.  

If you live outside our residential area and have applied for a permit to attend ERJSHS, please follow the instructions outlined in the emails you have received regarding the process.  


For residential students:

If you live within our residential feeder area please come to the Attendance office starting May 22nd to pick up an enrollment packet. Please bring one of the following documentation that verifies your residency:

Residency Verification (E.C. 48204.1)

A parent/guardian may offer documentation that reasonably verifies that his/her residence is located within school boundaries. The following are examples of documents that may be accepted as proof of residence, but are not limited to:

  • utility service contract, bills or payment receipts (e.g., gas, water, electricity)
  • property tax payment receipts
  • rental/lease agreement or current rental receipt with address of property on receipt
  • official government mail (e.g., CalWORKs, Social Security, Medi- Cal)
  • current pay stub
  • voter registration

  • Monday through Friday          7:30am to 3:30pm
