Coffee with the Principal via Zoom in June. Details TBA

Class of 2020: The graduation committee has planned the “Rockin 2020 Drive Thru” event on Saturday, May 30 from 9am to 12pm on the ERHS campus to celebrate class of 2020 with faculty and staff, as vehicles drive through to multiple stations located throughout the campus for the collection of senior clearance items and distribution of senior gifts. The senior celebration event has been planned to coincide with the return of senior clearance to maximize safety protocols and allow for students and their families to reduce the number of trips to campus. Stations for school textbooks, library books, instrument, athletic uniform returns, senior gift bags and magnet gifts distribution will be set up throughout the campus. Vehicles are to enter through the Yosemite Dr. gate entrance traveling eastbound to mitigate traffic congestion and exit the campus through the Oak Grove Dr. gate. If your child is enrolled in the magnet program or IB Programme, gifts will be distributed at the staff parking lot adjacent to the Oak Grove Dr. exit. Faculty and staff who are healthy will be in attendance to celebrate and cheer on our Class of 2020 graduates as they drive along the designated route.

It is crucially important that participants of the Drive Thru event observe and adhere to the following Public Health requirements. Occupants of a vehicle are to be members of the same household and must wear a face covering if any of the windows on a vehicle is open or if occupants step outside of their vehicle. Additional dates have been scheduled during the week of June 1st through June 5th for the collection of senior clearance items from 12:30pm to 4:30pm by assigned timeslots.

Faculty and staff will be invited to attend this optional event. If they are healthy and follow CDC guidelines, such as wearing a mask and following physical distancing protocols of 6 feet, may be on campus to cheer on our Class of 2020 graduates and families as they drive along the designated route on campus. Faculty will be able to park on La Roda Ave. and walk to one of the faculty/staff cheering sections.

The map is attached for the designated route for “Rockin 2020 Drive Thru” event.
