How Does Gymnastics Affect You ?

What occurs in a life of a gymnast and how does this affect their mental, emotional, and physical health? What are skills that are required for each Xcel level, how can you accomplish them?

This is a website that informs you about the daily life of a gymnast. I interviewed a few gymnasts and ask them about how they balance their daily lives with school and gymnastics.
