This personal project is in a book form that is divided into four chapters, which focus on wellness, health, and fitness. It spreads awareness of real world issues such as mental health and physical ailments like heart disease and diabetes. The book encourages the reader to live a well balanced life because person’s lifestyle ultimately impacts the relationships he/she creates in the future.
