Greetings Eagle Rock families! This is principal Steinorth with your school update for the week of December 5th. Next week is the final week of the Fall semester. Students will be taking Final Exams and finishing up on work for their classes. If your student is likely to fall short on a grade, consider registering for LAUSD Acceleration Days on Monday, December 19, and Tuesday, December 20 where students will have the opportunity to complete work and perhaps raise their grade! If you haven’t already done so, you can register your student by emailing our Technology Coordinator, Mr. Torres at srt1295@lausd.net . Please include your student’s full name and Date of Birth. Parents, we need your help! The deadline to complete the School Experience Survey is today December 9th. Every student, parent, and school staff member is asked to complete the survey. Thank you to the 33% of households who have completed it. Our goal was 40% so if you haven’t taken the survey, today is your last chance, just look for the link on our school website. In athletics, our Winter season athletic teams are all in action next week. Check the athletics schedule on our school website for the dates and times of games. Finally, Friday, December 16th is a Minimum Day with students being dismissed at 1:08 p.m. Have a safe and dry weekend everyone! To access the survey: 1.
