May 24th Update

Happy Mindful Monday, Eagles! Use a "feeling thermometer" to check-in with yourself. When we are feeling our best, we are in the green zone. When we are a little uncomfortable, we are in the yellow zone. When we are uncomfortable, we are in the orange zone. When we are extremely uncomfortable, we are in the red zone. Where are you right now? This simple, one-minute breathing exercise might be helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_N98E5-7jo More resources at: https://achieve.lausd.net/Page/17216

A big thank you to all the players, families, staff, administration, and principals past and present that have supported and continue to support the school and myself.
