Hello, Eagles, A new vendor called AMI will be doing on campus COVID19 testing to support Local District Central. The goal is to visit every school once a week for those who are present and consented to test. Eagle Rock Jr/Sr HS is scheduled for this Tuesday and Wednesday, 12:15p-3:30pm. A few notes: Appointment times are approximate, Testing is for in-person learning ONLY with the exception of online athletes and IEP situations which must be designated at a special time with an online testing log for contact tracing away from others. Online athletes will continue to enter at the Yosemite Gate after 2:30pm. We cannot allow others from neighboring schools or family onto our campus. Verbal consents for testing are NOT allowed (attached are consent forms). We are grateful to LAUSD and AMI for their collaboration for on campus COVID19 testing. We will repeat the drills tomorrow Friday (5/7) at 11:35am. Thank you to 100% of students and 97% of faculty who successfully participated in today’s drill. Senior Class Commitment Day Celebration and Swag pick up event is May 8, 11am-1pm for lawn signs, Class Poster signing on Yosemite, and more. The event must be two hours or less per LA County Dept of Health guidelines for gatherings. Masks must be worn at ALL times, even for photo opportunities on Yosemite. 3. Schedule reminders for the week of May 10: All grades in hybrid HR H/D attend Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. All grades in hybrid HR L/G attend Wednesday, and Friday. Assigned gates open at 8:30am and students begin walking to their rooms at 8:55am. Changes from hybrid to online can be done by contacting your student’s counselor.
