Zoom Tips

  1. If the system says "This meeting is for authorized participants only", or something similar, you will want to log in by clicking the "Sign In with SSO". Enter in your LAUSD MyMail and Password. ( It may ask you to type the zoom domain, which is lausd.zoom.us )
  2. If this still does not work, try going to https://lausd.zoom.us/, then click on Sign In. Now attempt to connect to your Zoom meeting via Schoology.
    1. If you are unable to sign in, then try resetting your password:
      https://mylogin.lausd.net/Student
      Select the option "Reset your password if you only know your Email and Birth Date".
      Note, it may take up to 1 hour for your password to fully reset.
  3. If you are on a non-LAUSD device, then I would recommend you download the latest Zoom app. https://zoom.us/download
